Add Teammate

The Super Admin user has the highest level of access. To add teammate, simply go to Settings> Users, click “New Folder” to create a new folder (team members can be sorted by folders), then press “Add”. Then follow the instructions and fill in the account information.

Identify users online status

Account managers can view every user's online status under the Settings> Users. All online users will have a green light switched on under the availability column ; On the contrary, offline users will have their switch button turned gray.

Edit other account’s settings

Account managers can edit other account’s settings and management rights, including: password and access right. Select the edit or delete button. However, please be reminded that the email and phone number of the account cannot be changed after account creation.
