Learn about account settings for ChatSmart.
Language
ChatSmart is available in 3 languages, namely Traditional chinese, Simplified chinese and English. To change the language settings, you can click on the account name (located at the top right corner of the page), select “language” and your preferred language. Refresh the page and the language will be changed.
To change the account name*, simply click the account name (located at the top right of the interface) and click the “Profile settings”. Click "Save" after editing and the data will be changed.
*Email and phone number cannot be changed after creation of the account.
